Survey
We carry out a full survey upon acceptance of our quotation. Providing concise information to allow the manufacturing and installation process to be undertaken efficiently. Verify contractual issues with you and ensure product deisgns conform to your requirements.
Installation
We understand that getting replacement doors, windows and roofline products can be a disturbance, which is why we go above and beyond to treat your home with respect. Using dust sheets and clearing as we go. We are FENSA registered helping to provide confidence and reassurance that your installation will be of a recognised standard.
Guarantee
Our installations come with a 10-year Guarantee. Not only will you receive our guarantee you will also receive an additional Insurance Backed Gurarantee from Homepro Insurance, giving you peace of mind that you are covered should the worst happen.
After care
With the correct care and maintenance your doors and windows will last and look great for years to come. We provide a maintenance handbook upon completion of the installation to help you look after and care for your newly installed products. However, we are always happy to help with any queries you may have.
